He now manages an engineering consultancy that works with major international mining firms, experience his supporters say could help attract investment and shape a more modern development agenda for the constituency.
Francis writes that the APC must prove its readiness to empower capable younger professionals rather than recycle familiar political figures whose service no longer matches the region’s aspirations.
